Description of Work: This company was hired through my home warranty company. The two men who came to my home seemed extremely young and not very knowledgable regarding what they needed to do. We had a leaky faucet in the tub and they came to our home 5 times in an attempt to fix the issue. The first, they were unable to remove the faucet. They said that they had to break it to get it off. So, they had to order a new faucet. The second visit was for the removal and replacement of the faucet. They were unable to complete the replacement because they lost a piece that was needed. They left stating that they needed to order more parts. The third visit was to bring the missing piece. Before they left, I told them that they losened the spicket to the tub when they violently removed the faucet. They said that I would have to call them out again and pay another service fee because the problem was unrelated to the initial call. I didn't understand this because they caused all of the problems except for the leak. But, I called and asked that they come back out and fix the loosened spicket. They returned and said that it was fixed. That evening I went to take a bath and water began to run out from the wall. I called again and left a message for them to return. Three days passed with multiple phone calls unanswered and I was forced to call another company and pay yet another fee. They called five days later asking what I needed. I would not recommend. They are not very reliable or professional, and I am unsure if they are licensed.

 + -1 moreAbsolutely HORRIBLE! Scammers! Called for a stoppage. Ran a snake in a completely different part of the house than where the stoppage was. Reports I had a slab leak and broken sewer pipes. No such thing EVER existed and I knew because I had another company try to run this scam on me on a different property before. Wanted more money to run a camera ($400) and even more to fix the "broken" sewer lines in the slab. Every time my tenant's husband was headed to meet them they would leave on multiple occasions. Called me and tried to tell me I authorized the extra expense when I did not. I told them if I had to pay out of pocket it would not be to their company doing the work. Within an hour of telling them that and 5 days after they were given the call by the home warranty "Miraculously" they return at 5 pm on Friday and run a snake down the bathtub and clear the stoppage in 20 seconds. AYS Plumbing was scamming from the beginning by not doing what they were hired to do, clear a stoppage and trying to up charge hundreds and hundreds maybe thousands of dollars by saying had a sewer leaks in my slab
