+ -1 moreHe said they need to come back Monday to have it properly evaluated. My husband took off work for that day and we waited and waited and never heard back from him since.
Description of Work: A man came out on a Friday to give me a bid on replacing my unit, he spent a good amount of time checking out the system.

+ -1 moreDo hire this company for your air ducts or a/c and heat needs. They do a great job and are so knowledgeable about al their services and products and they do offer great prices.
Description of Work: Do hire Daryl and his work team. They did a great job and went overboard to clean up after the job and to clean out my outside a/c unit and indoor unit on top of replacing all the duct work and boxes. Daryl explained to me why the mildew got there in the first place and told me how to avoid any further issues. They did a very thorough job and also were very kind and friendly. C. Hergert

+ -1 moreHe is excellent. Our air conditioning went out during prime time and they were here within three hours. I was glad they were here; they were quick and fast. They gave me choices; they told me about the cheapest choice, a middle priced unit, and the high priced one. They let me choose what I could afford. They were very professional and kind to help me, as a woman, figure out what I needed. I didn’t need the cheapest but I couldn’t afford the most expensive. I was able to get a mid-range unit which should last me for the next ten or fifteen years. I can’t say enough good things about them.
Description of Work: Bob Smith Aire Service is my air conditioning company. I had to get a new unit about a year and a half ago.

+ -1 moreThis is one company that takies customer satisfation to a whole new level! This company has earned customers for generations for years to come! All I can say besides WOW is Thank You Bob Smith's Aire!
Description of Work: This is an amazing company with an awesome team. Even though they did quite a bit of work they over looked an issue that started leaking through my ceiling. This company came highly recommended so I know this is not typical, but what sets them apart from all other air companies is how they handled it. Not only were they willing to cover the water damage but they fixed the issue that caused the leak in the first place at NO charge to me. The owner was more disappointed then me that his tech missed the issue during his initial eval.

+ -1 moreI can definitely recommend them. They are extremely prompt. Their help is extremely knowledgeable. They tell you what they think the problem is. They fix it and tell you what has been done. They are very careful of their surroundings. They are very nice people.
Description of Work: I used them about a month ago for maintenance because my AC wasn't cooling or dehumidifying.
