Abshire Roofing

Mr Tim Abshire personally provided an excellent, professional and hassle free service answering all my questions - I mean unless you are a contractor you probably replace a roof one every 15yrs. We got the heavy duty TitanXT shingles rated for 160MPH a must if you are in the Gulf Coast area. The job was schedule and completed very fast and clean - wife was very happy!!!! They provided written documentation about the warranty and Windstorm Certification by 3rd Party Inspector very important for me. I would recommend it!!!!

All my jobs he does go great and to schedule. I am a planner so he know be there on the day you say and he always has been...If we do need to change he calls me. Cannot say anything negative about Abshire roofing.

I've called 9/14 and 9/16/2016 and left messages. Today is 9/23/2106, no one has called me back. However, this time I will not be using them again since they seem to not be interested in answering messages.

The service went fine. I did have to call him back, but with most things like that, he was following-up after an issue. When I called him and let him know that I still have a tiny leak, he came right out and fixed it. So, it was good.

After our house was leveled, we called Mr. Abshire to come check out the integrity of our roof. He immediately sent out his foreman and a complete check was done and a couple of shingles needed to be re-glued and the top vent needed another nail added. This was done immediately then Mr. Abshire checked it himself. He reported to us that everything is fine.

This company is the best. I interviewed 5 other companies in our area and received bids. This man will come out when he says he will come out. He will do what he says he is going to do. The staff and workers could not be be more polite and helpful. The whole roofing project took only two days. I have had no leaks no water damage or any problems with this roof. It has been tested . 65 mile an hour wind and rain force. No damage to my roof or home. All of my roofing shingles and material that came off of my home was hauled away at no cost. My deck and yard very clean. This is something that does not happen in a business everything without extra cost to the customer. Would I use this company again you beat your money.

Abshire Roofing was prompt, courteous and finished the job quickly. they cleaned up the old roof debris and hauled it away and cleaned up spare nails, etc. They provided a price and stayed true to their bid.

Completed job in day and a half. Extremely prompt and courteous.

Once we called Mr. Abshire, he came over immediately. He assessed the problem, explained what he thought should happen, called his "man' and all within 2 hours, the problem was resolved.

I called and left a message with their office. I was called back immediately and Tim Abshire came to my home that evening. He checked inside where the water was coming through my sheetrock, but was not able to check the outside because it was dark and still raining, so he came back the next day. . He inspected my roof and instructed me how I could seal around the exposed nail heads myself and save some money. He also gave me a verbal bid of the cost of replacing the roof. I have sealed around the nails and am awaiting the next rain to see if that solved the leak. If not, I will definitely have Tim replace the roof at which time I will post another review here. Tim was very professional and honest with me. That is very refreshing in this age of here today gone tomorrow contractors.

They were really good and they did a really good job. They were fast and neat. They didn’t leave any mess. They were very patient and they explained everything that they were doing. The job was a little bit more expensive than when they gave the quote. It was not a lot. It was not shown in the original quote. I would use them again in the future.

The guy's name is Tim. He is very good. That's the counseling center I work at and I had at least 3 bids to repair the roof. He was the cheapest and he came through.
