We had a new roof put on our house August 2023 and our contractor chose Absolute Gutter to replace our gutters. We are located in Lumberton, Texas. I noticed day ONE of installation that my NEW gutters had black stripes on them and was told by our contractor they would wipe off. This was NOT the case. My husband and I tried to clean them with a bleach cleaner with no luck. Well seven months later, needless to say they look terrible and are covered with dark tiger stripes. I again alerted our contractor who got in touch with Ross from Absolute Gutter to discuss the problem. Ross from Absolute Gutter was also contacted by me, the homeowner. Ross was NO help, he told me that this was normal wear and that gutters are like cars and have to be cleaned. I assured him that this was a problem from day one and we did try to clean them with no results. i also let him know that my 16 year old original gutters never looked as bad as his brand NEW gutters. Of note, we are aware that gutters need to be cleaned and have cleaned our original gutters in the past upon occasion without difficulty. He offered no solutions to our problem other than to look at the warranty which does NOT cover cosmetics. You can bet that he knew the warranty did not cover these aweful tiger stripes that will NOT come off. He was of absolutely NO help fixing the problem! I would steer clear of this company at all costs! Terrible work and terrible customer service!!!!!

They installed them very good. We like them a lot. They did a really good job. We've only had them about a week, but we had a big storm a few days ago and the new gutters were good.

The first time I called, I was told one of heir guys would call me back. No one did, so I called again the next day. The day after that someone finally called me. We discussed the gutter installation I needed, and I told him that it was a relatively small job. He said he'd call me when he got back to Nederland, so we could start on the quote. He never called back. I called him that evening, and got his voicemail. I left a message, but he didn't return my call. I texted him the next day, but again he never returned the message. I called their office again the next morning, and was assured that they could do any size job. The person I spoke to also said that they would have their installer call me. You guessed it, no one ever called back. I then filed a written complaint with the BBB. Once the business received their notification, they attempted to call me. I decided that, since I was forced to report them, I didn't want them working on my project anymore. Avoid this place at all costs!
