+ 0 moreThis is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. We missed my son-in-laws birthday because we stayed home to wait for him.
Description of Work: I spoke with Shane on April22, 2010 to finish the job that anotherr A/C company didn't come back to finish. He said that he'd come on Sunday A.M. April25, 2010. I said that we're going to church in the morning; he said "yeah, me ,too, but I'll come after that." He never called, he didn't show, and will not return my phone calls. But, I did tell him I found his name on Angie's List, and I wanted to say something nice about an A/C company. He advised me not to use anyone that wasn't on Angie's List!! OK, I won't.
