The representative arrived on time as scheduled. He was very professional. He corrected the problem in a short period of time and we were both satisfied with the company's performance. I plan to use them again in the future.

roofing crew arrived right on time and materials were delivered a few minutes after that. crew seemed to know exactly what to do....had a trailer that they backed up to garage to put old shingles and nails in. placed tarps around flower beds and over shrubs to catch as much as possible so not much would be in flower beds or shrubs. crew never stopped working the entire day.... always busy!! quality control came out to check their progress and make sure no problems. i was amazed at how fast and efficiently they all worked together. every body knew what to do and what to do next. the foreman assured me that all the nails and material that missed the tarps would be picked up. i doubted it but was amazed. so far i think i have found only a couple of missed nails in the flower beds and very small pieces of old shingle that are hard to see unless searching for it!! also painted all vents to match the roof and look like new. a couple of days later quality control called to set a time to recheck the roof. he took me up on the roof with him to explain in more detail what they did and why as well as how to make minor repairs if ever needed until could get a professional to fix correctly. while on roof he checked to make sure proper caulking around all vents and did caulk a couple of spots he felt needed more. before leaving made sure that if i had any problems or concerns to call and they would be out to tend to it! all in all a very professional job done well!!

We were very, very pleased. It was a 30 year roof. They were excellent. The roofers did the job and then they sent a guy out a couple of days later that got up on the roof and checked everything out. It was all done really well and we were very happy with them. The price was probably average.

They ripped the whole roof off. We have seen very little nails. They did a very nice and very neat job. We only saw 5 nails. For a large roof, that is phenomenal. They did a good job. I have nothing bad to say at all.

They were good and prompt. I could see myself using them. They were very responsive.

The salesman was extremely patient and knowledgeable. The workers cleaned up every day before they left, very polite. Schulte sent its own inspectors by on a regular basis. It's an old home, so there are always suprises involved. The work took longer than expected, but they never cut any corners. The carpenter I have used for 25 years was working along with them to repair various rotten wood problems. He has very high standards and told me they were doing things the way they should be done, even though it took longer to complete than they had expected. In summary, if all companies performed work up to this standard, there wouldn't be a need for Angie's list!

They were very nice. They said and they came. They showed up and were on time. That was pretty impressive as out of five people they came. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I don’t have any complains. They were very good company to do business with. I would use them in the future.

Mike Schulte came out and talked with us about a new roof. He was very informative and answered all our questions. We received a written contract prior to replacing our roof and a time frame for completing the work. The work was done on time and done well. The crew did the work, cleaned up and except for a new roof we could hardly tell that they were there. I was concerned about roofing nails being left behind but they went over the yard with a magnet numerous times and I did not see any nails. Mike came by and visited with us after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied.

Everything went great. They were very fast and efficient. The overall quality of the job was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They did a good job. He is a roofing specialist and will come out and do inspections. He is thorough and very knowledgeable.

We initially met the Schulte Roofing guys as they were looking for work in the neighborhoods after Ike. We contracted with them to temporarily repair our roof which they did and did well and when they said they would. But included in that was to be an estimate for the actual roof repairs needed. That has not happened.

We live in a suburb south of Houston. These guys came driving slowly around on Monday gathering clients for Tuesday; $500 for several pieces of Tyvek and an hours work for 4 guys, not a bad hourly wage. But they did a good job, came when they said they would, AND my husband wasn't the crazy guy up on a two-story home with a steep roof. I'd say it was a bargain. We're looking forward to their bid on the actual re-roofing/repair work. And I'll add, the husband just looked at the work. He says it is far superior to the other patch-work in the neighborhood.
