Description of Work: Everything went well. The roof and any extras agreed on were done. No surprises. The price agreed upon per contract was charged. They did a beautiful job and we are pleased. The roof is beautiful.

Description of Work: Schulte completed a full roof replacement including the detached garage, replaced three turbines, and fabricated a gutter system for the section of roof between the house and garage. There were weather delays, but they stayed in touch and kept me updated on the schedule. I was impressed with their professionalism and workmanship and would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: My roof had been leaking inside our master bath for a long time. I tried to fix it myself to no avail. When Schulte did and inspection, many areas of the roof needed attention. Just updating some "pipes" where squirrels had eaten the tops, areas nailed down that through time had come loose, etc. We decided to purchase their annual maintenance agreement (reflected in the cost)due to their professionalism and quality of work.
