We are a full service real estate agency serving the community in residential, commercial and farm and ranch sales. The company was established in 2000 by Nancy Perry, broker, and has grown rapidly alongside of Grimes County. We specialize in rural farm and ranch sales and have been instrumental in the sale or development of several of the largest ranches in Grimes and surrounding counties. Our motto on the door states ” We’re Open When We’re Open, Which Is Most Of The Time”. We remain open 7 days a week to afford our clients the very best service. We can help you find residential, commercial or farm and ranch properties, from small acreage to large Texas-size spreads. We take pride in getting to know our clients with their special needs and will work hard to find the right property to fill your dream. We believe firmly in the cultural and historic heritage of this wonderful county and are proud to be a part of its on going growth and development. Our market area is centrally located between Houston, Austin and Dallas-Ft. Worth and we are just minutes from Bryan/College Station and and Texas A&M University. We used Beau Skinner who works for this agency as our realtor to buy our house. We hired a realtor to represent us and be our advisor as we are busy and might not be too familiar with the area. It is very sad to say that this realtor is dishonest and sneaky and willing to lie and hide information in order to make the sale and he only wants to represent himself. For example, after being our realtor he decided that he wants to become the seller realtor so that he can increase his profit. We objected to his supervisor / owner of the agency but no results. He also fail to disclose major issues with the property and will fail disclose information (that we found out later that he was aware off) just so that he can sell and get his commission. Many other issues with this realtor to mention here. It's too bad too see that the realtor service has dropped down to this low level.

I did represent Mr. [Member Name Removed] in this transaction and was able to help him obtain a house that was not even on the market. The property was a short sale and I listed the property, at Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s direct request, in order to be able to work with the seller to get them through the short sale process so Mr. [Member Name Removed] could have the opportunity to purchase the property. (The seller did not intend to list or sale the property, they were prepared to let it be a foreclosure. After discussing "Fair Market Value" they were prepared to accept a Short Sale price in an effort to just be out from under the property.- We went through the bank for Short Sale approval) It was disclosed that I was acting as intermediary between the buyer and seller. Mr. [Member Name Removed] also had an attorney representing him. I worked well over a year on this one deal and went above and beyond what other realtors would do to help Mr. [Member Name Removed] get the house he wanted and at a discounted short sale rate. I did not make Mr. [Member Name Removed] sign a representation agreement so he was welcome to seek another Realtor's help at any time. Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not even become upset until something he did not understand came to light. The property has an access easement across it for another landowner which was clearly disclosed on the survey in which Mr. [Member Name Removed] had in his possession for months. I am sorry Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not have a good experience but I can say the feelings is mutual as I worked countless hours over the course of 1+ years to help Mr. [Member Name Removed].
