 + -1 moreI faxed a copy of my plans for this 20' x 20' carport to Brandon. He calculated beam load, specified LVL beams and trusses and submitted a bid. His price was very competitive. They shipped the beams separately, allowing me to accurately specify the truss length. Within a week, they fabricated and shipped the trusses. All materials were good, shipping was free. This was a relatively small job but Rushin treated me like I was an high dollar condo builder. I had some difficulty with my Dallas Building Inspector and Brandon helped me by providing load calculation data on their letterhead to address the concern.
Description of Work: This is a roof truss manufacturing company. Roof trusses eliminate the need to stick frame roofs. Rushin also provides laminated (LVL) beams. These beams allow long free spans without frequent supporting columns. I built a carport attached to my 2 car garage. Rather than pay a framing carpenter to frame the 5 on 12 carport roof, I bought pre-fabricated roof trusses and beams from Rushin Truss.
