Description of Work: So far, so good! James came out (at my preferred time) and inspected my chimney, as asked. That was only $50. He also measured for a damper, which needs to be installed, since my house was built in 1873. He will come back next week to install it. I will update this post once that happens, but so far, he's been wonderful!!!

 + -1 moreVery reliable and honest. A large part of the cost was for the materials, very little was for the labor. The pipe was leaking around a joint and they came back out the next day and fixed the problem quickly.

 + 0 morePrompt service. Removed the nests and chirping birds and suggested the chimney cap. Arranged the time for the service and called when the cap came in and he could install.
Description of Work: Removed birds and nests above the chimney flu. Installed a chimney cap to prevent this from happening again.

 + -1 moreThis company was accommodating to my schedule. They called to say they could come earlier in the day. I contacted them because a squirrel had gotten into the chimney, and some birds, and we needed a screen to keep them out. They installed the screen, and said there was no need for a cleaning as the squirrel had gotten the soot off. I appreciate them not charging me for an unnecessary cleaning.
Description of Work: They inspected the chimney and installed an animal screen on it.
