+ -1 moreHe did what he was supposed to do, he's worth waiting for, I've waited for 3 months for him to put my house together, he did great. I don't think he's the cheapest but he's worth waiting for.
Description of Work: I've used Richard Cranford, he had put up my office building, pt up a 35 sq ft metal building.

+ -1 moreEven though he did not have to, Richard showed up the day the metal roof company measured the roof for materials. A sign of a real professional.Richard kept all his appointments and was on the job everyday and completed the job on schedule.He is very conscious of the visual appearance of the project and went well above what was required to achieve the function of the roof. Also, his price was very reasonable.Unlike most contractors, Richard and his crew cleaned up their debris after they completed the job.As a builder, it means a lot to be able to trust a contractor and know that the job will be done correctly and that the contractor takes ownership of their part of the building process. Richard is that contractor.
Description of Work: Richard and his crew installed a standing seam metal roof.
