+ -1 moreThe reason for low marks here is poor customer service. The estimate for the pumping, replace lid, and inspect tank was $600, but final bill was $800 with no explanation. RW gave me the option of replacing our system or repairing it. We chose to repair the system. RW never called to schedule the repair and would not return my phone calls. As of today (5/12/2014), RW still has not returned my calls.
Description of Work: We had water standing in the location of the septic tank. Reliable Wastewater (RW) had been recommended to me by a coworker who purchased and had installed a system with RW. I called and they came out the next day (it was not an emergency). They dug up the septic area, pumped the tank, inspected it, and provided a new lid. They determined that the fill line was clogged and the line to the house also needed replacement.
