Description of Work: I had heard great things about him. However my experience was anything but great. There were a few good points, but they did not out weigh the bad. I used his services about 3 years ago.. I will never use him again.

 + 0 moreThe quality of work was outstanding. The carpet and granite crews did an excepional, timely job. The tile and floor crew, same people did both, worked when they wanted to. Would show up at 7ish, lay a course of tile in MB shower and leave for the day, entire job went the same, very undependable thought the job. It took the tile/floor crew 45 days to do what I am told should have been 7-10 days. The delay put us more than 30 days behind scheduel and forced us to extend interim home loan. I would have let that crew go after second week however they got most their money up front.
Description of Work: In new construction, Kiva installed two bedrooms of carpet, layed tile in 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and mud room, granite in Mastor bath, kitchen, firepalce. Layed hardwood flooring in Master Bedroom, livingroom, foyer, kitchen, office, dressing room.

 + -1 moreThey did the demo and replaced countertops with sinks in a timely manner with attention to detail, for a very good price. Can get better deals on granite etc, if shop their 'scrap yard'. They do not do plumbing - so you will need to get someone to hook up faucets if you can't do it yourself. I had wall paper and mirrors in both bathrooms and they were able to demo and replace without damage to either. I am very satisfied with the work and the price and will use them when I replace my kitchen counters.

 + -1 moreAfter a few quick measurements, I was off to pick out the flooring in their showroom. I was asked what date would be best. After picking a date, I was given a time frame and the price was given up front.
Description of Work: Instalation of carpet, tile, and wood floors. I have had many floors installed by Kiva floors, they have been priced right and punctual every time.
