 + 0 moreThe company was very professional; they helped with selecting the best size pool and best pool for swimming laps, as well as with selecting the most maintenance-free material. They began work in a week and completed filling in the pool only a week after the estimated time (one month). They came to give instructions and show how to care of the pool, as well as left a booklet with the same information. They will provide free checkup on the water quality.
Description of Work: Built an in-ground 18- by 36-foot gunnite swimming pool. Added sidewalks from the house to the pool. Found a company to put an aluminum screen structure over the pool without charging extra for this service.

Description of Work: Built an in ground (gunite) swimming pool. For the most part pool was completed as promised. However they never returned to complete the outlet pipe for the overflow drainage as promised. No problems for the first four months after completion, then the plaster developed a long narrow crack. Called Duran Pools and finally got a response a week later. They said they would come out the next week and take a look. They never came. That is our last contact to date. Due to this lack of follow-up, I would have to consider another provider in the future.
