This was a GE warranty repair so they contacted the authorized repair company and then sent me an e-mail stating who the company was and when they woud be at my home,Allied Appliance Repair,Monday between 8-12. Since my address rarley shows up on GPS I called the day I received their name and phone number to see if they would come sooner and make sure they had my phone number so if they couldn't find my house they could call for directions. Female person who answered the phone took my number and said that "Dwight" would return my call. I called again on Wednesday with same result. Thursday and no return call I again called the office with them again taking my number to wait for return call. I gave up on and earlier repair date and figured at least he had my number and would call Monday. On Monday I waited until 11:45 to call the office and ask why no one had come and again they took my number to give to "Dwight. . This time I got an immediate return call. I ask him why he had never returned my calls to him and why he didn't come today. He said " I returned your calls three times and no one answered,"I have a cell phone and there were no missed calls, "and what made you think I would be there this morning I never come to your city until the afternoon." I told him the e-mail I had gotten stated he would be ther at that time. He said " I didn't send you an e-mail", I replied that it was from GE who had scheduled this appointment. His reply was a rudely stated again "there's YOUR problem, they don't schedule MY day". so I ask him when he could come TOMMORROW and he said between 1 and 5. so again on Tuesday I waited for him and he finally called at 2:45 to get directions. He arrived at 3:30,came in without saying anything scanned my kitchen and said "Don"t you have the parts". I was stunned, he is the repairman he should have the required parts. I said your kidding right and he said "No, they told me you would have the parts. MAN another WASTED afternoon" To which I replied and y'ou have wasted 2 of my days now. As he was leaving I commented GE was curious WHY someone from your office and not contacted ME about the time of the service as soon as they got their Fax comfirning the appointment, His rude reply was "WE don't get fax." Well they got the info from GE somehow didn't they, why hadn't they confirmed with me. He did not answer just kept walking out the door. This was the rudest , most unprepared repairman I have every seen I don't know how they have managed to stay in business. I surely will never use them again and I contacted GE and told then what happened so they would know not to supply them as another repairman for their equiptment. And to mark my account to NEVER send these people to my house again.

Allied Appliance is a joke! They dont answer calls on the weekend, they dont keep the customer informed of whats going on and they are super slow!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend going somewhere else to get your service done. I do not see how these people are still in business with the way they conduct business.
