I called this company to repair our microwave. I sent him the model number and serial number of the unit along with the error code shown on the display. He gave me a price for the repair part and a service call to install it. I paid in advance for the part and the service call. When he arrived at our house, he worked for about an hour trying to figure out how to install the part. He finally gave up and said he had been sent the wrong part. After he left, I took the microwave apart and saw he had the correct replacement part, he just didn?t know where to put it. I went to his shop to get the part and installed it myself. I asked him to refund the cost of the service call since he didn?t know how to install the part. He refused saying he had to make the trip even though he couldn?t make the repair. I also asked for a discount on the part. Again, he refused saying he should be paid for the time he had spent to order it.

This guy repaired my front loader 2011 and had to come back out to redo the job because he didn't check his work and the washer still leaked badly after he had finished. He did not put all the screws in the face of the washer. I used his services again on May 9, 2012 and bought a used washer because the one he had repair a year ago still leaks. Got the used washer home and it leaked, I took it back to him and he said we had broken it in moving it, he repaired it, I took it home and it would not spin out the water. When I called him he said it had to be something that we did when we moved it again and said he did not test the machine before I picked it up. He was rude to me and I will NEVER use his services again
