We have palm trees that survived the freezes this year because they are native to this area, now they are 15 ft high. He is a Really smart smart horticulturalist and knows exactly what to put in. to put color. I mean, its just stunning. I would absolutely use them again.

I would give them a solid A and would absolutely use them again.

He obviously knows how to design a landscaping project quite well but that is the best I can saw about this job. He was always on time and prompt. The planning, design and installation the project went fine and I was pleased.However once he was paid and I requested warranty work on plants that had died then he simply acted as though he could have cared less. Also after the work was completed I was able to detemine the true workmanship of the installation. At least 5 times when he said he would be there to replace the plants that had died he was a no-show. I called at the end of the day to inquire what happened and he always had a different excuse. Whatever the reason he didnt have courtesy to call to saw he would not be there.Other times he would show up un announced!. It took months to get the plants replaced (Yes months!) The plants died in the first place because he was careless in making sure the sprinkler system was adequately covering the plants. The timer was not placed securely on the wall and it fell off the wall after a few months and I had my handyman replace it securely (He commented on how poorly it was done in the first place). Some of the plants that were replaced we not even the same plants. They looked the same when planted however once the began to grow it was clear they were different and I had them replaced. The warranty work on some plants were replaced were inferior however it took so long (months!) that I simply let it go. I hired him one time to do cleanup in the spring and he clearly didnt clean much up at all. I shouldnt have paid him the full amount but I did and I wont make that mistake again, I would not recommend him at all.If I knew then what I know now I would not have hired him at all,. He works in such a furied and hurried pace that he does not pay any attention to details and it shows. I have learned from this experience!
