We had an M&S master unit that was over 20 years old and wanted to replace it with a more modern looking unit. All of the new replacement units were expensive and required replacing all of the room and doorbell units; estimates were from $1,000 -$1,200. I found Steve through his website and he is absolutely great. He' s been in the business for a long time and was very knowledgeable. He identified several master units that would be a direct replacement and use all the same wiring and room units. Though these units were out of production, he had several refurbished alternatives. Steve was really helpful and used email to provide pictures and links to M&S manuals. We selected a refurbished MC350A that looks and operates like new. We installed it ourselves and, as Steve said, all we had to do was disconnect the wires from the old unit and reconnect in similar places on the unit unit. The price was very reasonable at $375 for the unit plus UPS shipping and tax. This was a great experience and really enjoyed working with Steve.
