JOEY RIDGLE'S SEPTIC SVC

I received excellent service from all of the team, from office staff to engineer to installation. I had a complicated install for a small mobile home park. I appreciated the generous time in consultations and the advise on how to best proceed. They worked with my rushed schedule. All calls were returned promptly and tasks completed as promised.

Joey Ridgle's service was as advertised. I called in the morning after my septic pump had stopped up and completely quit. They quoted me a price over the phone for new pump and all services. I gave them directions and they showed up about 4 hours later. My only complaint is that they didnt call me before they came as I asked, which could have been a problem since i work 35 minutes from home, but i just happened to have that feeling that I should go home for lunch and it worked out. Larry (i think was his name) came out and did an excellent job. he replaced my pump, sucked all of the nasty sludget from my tanks and got everything working in about 3 hours. He was very professional and did an execellent job. He was even nice nought to answer my questions and nto be bothered that I kept asking them. I will be moving my service contract to Joey Ridgle when it comes due and will be using them for all septic needs. If you need septic service. you wont go wrong with this company.
