I am a licensed real estate appraiser, since 2004. I've lived and worked within the Travis and Williamson County area for 43 years. I am very familiar with the Austin and surrounding real estate markets. Serving Travis, Williamson and Hays Counties. My primary focus is single family residential properties. I do not do commercial appraisals, or land surveys. Pricing depends greatly on what level on information is needed within a report. Prices generally range from $200-$400 for a complete report. My services include standard full appraisals, pre-purchase, pre-listing, date of death, tax protests, divorce, desktop reports, and drive-by reports. I also do measurements only. Please be aware, as an appraiser I am paid by you, the client, to provide a unbiased report. I do not provide a specific value that may or may not be favorable.
