They have bad business practices.
Description of Work: Iv used this company many times in the past, but the last 2 times were a nightmare. They installed a new unit in my rent house and did it when no one was there a day before the scheduled appointment and and went into the rent house thru the back door, while no one was there. I lost a renter over that. Then today my unit went out, not even five years old. I paid for a 6 year warranty and they want to charge me 1000 dollars to fix it. After talking to the owner 2 different occasions now all I get is I'm sorry. No resolution to either issue. They are crooks and will never use them again. I will use a different company and never recommended this company to anyone. Worst sales people and technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The technician couldn't tell me what the problem was or the part needed to fix the unit, but told me it would cost 1000 dollars.

They installed my unit about three years ago and I was very satisfied with the work and the workers and their follow up on the service received.
Description of Work: Unit was still in warranty so just service with no charge.

Description of Work: We had Wood give us an estimate, which the gentleman they sent out was not high pressure at all, he gave us our options and listened to what we expected in a unit. We called and scheduled the install and they guys showed up on time and were very professional, courteous and took great care not to damage any flooring. Overall the experience was excellent we recommend them to anyone looking for a good "Bryant" unit without all the high pressure of getting the extras!
