Description of Work: On Sunday, Dec 20, 2014 he said he would come by promptly after church. He did not show. On Monday he called to say he spent Christmas with his grandmother and that was why he did not come by. I said I understood, but said I would have appreciated a call to know that he was not coming over. He apologized and said he would be by at 5:30 Monday to give me a bid. I guess he got mad because he never showed up for a second time. I was professional in all of my conversations with him.

Description of Work: Shipp's mowed our lot. Did a nice job. However, it was hard to schedule it. It was a holiday week so I'm willing to overlook. Due for next mow this week.
