Description of Work: They removed the padding in half of the bedroom where water had seeped into the room. They sprayed and dried the floor and carpet. They then replaced the padding and carpet. the they cleaned the carpet. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. The only hitch was the delay of two days in the promised day to finish the job.

Description of Work: several days passsed and they did not return my call. I called again and the lady who answered said I had the phone in my hand just about to call you!

+ -1 moreMr. Bostick called and was able to do cleaning a day early, as we had hoped. He was on time and was nice. He did a good job getting the carpet clean. We are very satisfied with his service and his willingness to comply with our request to do the job as soon as possible.
