 + -1 moreDeon responded to an emergency call in the late afternoon. Our water heater was leaking badly. He stopped the leak by bypassing the water connections. The next day, he brought a new water heater and did a beautiful job of installing it. The original water heater had not been installed to code. The new one was. It is even sitting in a large pan, which he attached to a drain. We are very pleased with the quality of the work

 + -1 moreIt went well. Deon determined what needed to be done and went straight to work. He didn't seem to mind my asking questions and answered all of them. He was very courteous, friendly, and thorough.

Description of Work: I busted a pipe outside that ran from the spigot to the meter. He came out within about an hour and a half. He just sends me a bill. I've never called him without him coming the same day or next morning. I've been using him for 30 years.
