 + -1 moreDo not Trust Jeff Fennell! He is a liar and thief and will run with your money! He refuses to pay his subcontractors and has little to no money for projects. I have no idea how he is still running his business.
Description of Work: Provider failed to pay his subcontractors and I am risking a lien on my property.
