The service was very on time. They got the job done. I heard R-22 Freon was becoming more expensive, and I was charged $160 for 3 pounds, which was reasonable or good price. But I still need to the trip charge of $60. In general, I was satisfied with the job, but felt I could have paid a little less.

We have used Eric before to service the A/C unit at our old town house (which is now a rental property) and at our new home. This time, we had him do a thorough examination of the system, and make recommendations on fixing any problems. As stated above, the contractor picked by our home warranty company was trying to replace the evaporator coil along with $765 in other and quot;non-covered chargesand quot; that I was going to have to eat out of pocket. In about 45 minutes, Eric checked the evaporator coil, head pressure, did a leak check, and generally made sure the system was in good working order. The problem turned out to be a burned out capacitor, which costs only 60-100 (wholesale price) - a far cry from what this other guy was going to charge me (and my home warranty company). Bottom line, if you want an honest A/C technician you should hire Rogers A/C and Heating.

I like him and my family has been using his services for probably over 20 years now. He is very good and responsive. He does a good job and charges a reasonable price too.
