I contacted this company on Sunday and they were able to schedule to come out the next day. Jack Anderson called ahead and was professional. He fixed our lock and installed 2 new locks as well as rekeyed these locks to fit our existing key. He was quick and proficient. Would use this company again.

Josh was the tech and he was on time and was very friendly. Explained what he was going to do. It only took about 30 minutes and the new key worked great on all the locks.

They initially fixed it, but over a short period of time it failed again. Ultimately, I had them simply replace the lock, which they did in short order.

It was kinda rainy/drizzly outside. Showed up right on time and didn't flinch once about having to work out in the wet/cold. Wouldn't walk through the house to get to our back door - went around to avoid tracking in any dirt/mud/water. Worked quickly and efficiently - had it all done within an hour. Just for the record, when they say they'll rekey six locks. they're referring to a single keyhole, so many deadbolts will count as 2 instead of one. No big deal - just cost us an extra $20, which still comes in less than a lot of other places I quoted. Got 4 new keys out of the deal. Also lubricated one of our outdoor locks and got a gate open that hadn't been open in years. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Roger (the boss) was very flexible on the timing. Josh came over on time and got every lock rekeyed. Josh showed up in company uniform with ID displayed - which is nice. HIGHLY recommend. Very professional, very knowledgeable, correctly priced. Good quality workmanship. HIGHLY recommend.

It was fine with the exception I had to pay for a lock to be special ordered and then they wouldn't install it without an additional trip fee or job. So I had to pay to have additional locks to be changed. I got what I wanted but paid for the lock and had to call them back to come back to install it and then it would either cost me extra for the trip or if I had additional work done. I did not get a bargn with being a member or trying out their service. Then even though I paid for the lock, the service tech took my old lock which turned out to be perfectly fine and didn't need to be replaced at all and just needed to be rekeyed. so that is why I gave them a C on price and B on professionalism and quality.

When we explained our situation, they immediately sent an excellent locksmith. He was on time, very professional and very thorough. We highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them next time we need this type of work performed.

Did a great job, fast and on time. I would definitely hire them again. They charged $69.95 for 6 keyholes other companies in the Woodlands wanted that much for each.

I lost my house keys and need to re-key my home. Saw good reviews for ReKey Xpress and posted a please call on the website. Did not hear back, so I called. Josh took my call and we set up an appt. Then I received a text from the owner apologizing for not getting back to me sooner (website post); he was on vacation. I was thoroughly impressed with his reaching out. Josh showed up ON THE BUTTON if not earlier for our scheduled time. He was polite, professional and patient. Had his Texas ID on his shirt which was great too. Work was done quickly and I had a new doorknob installed on the back door too. The locks function better than before; keys copies are a perfect cut; love the new doorknob and I am one happy camper. Call ReKey Xpress. They are great.

These guys are very quick and very good! I called at 9AM, and they had a tech come out by 10AM (note, they said that this was an atypically slow morning for them). Had 2 doors re-keyed within 15 minutes.

Roger was phenomenal. He explained the process and expected charges (realistic and worse case scenario) prior to doing the work. There was no obligation if the pricing did not meet expectations or was beyond the estimate. It was also a nice surprise to have a service provider make a specific appointment rather than a range of time, i.e. 12-5. Very pleased with the work and highly recommend.

Pleasant to work with, reliable, honest, great work, and fair prices - can't say enough about these guys. I had taken apart an old door lockset the day before and was not able to get it back together. Roger patiently explained my options and pricing over the phone when I called on Monday morning so I decided to hire them. Jeremy came out that evening - showed up early, did a fantastic job on the repair to the point where the lock works better now than before I broke it.
