+ -1 moreI purchased a Citizen's watch from Sam's Club but was dismayed that they could not take out the extra links so the watch would fit my wrist. So, after calling around to a couple of chain jewelry stores, I was told by both that they "might be able to fix it," but if not, they would have to send it away for 2-3 weeks." I then went to Angie's list to locate a private jeweler/watch repairer in my area and found Nathalie's Jeweler in Montgomery. What a find! Mr. Paulder was able to remove the unnecessary links in minutes. I then asked him if he minded setting the date as I wasn't sure how to do it, and he answered, "Oh, I already did it." Now that's the kind of service I like! Friendly, fast, efficient and "beyond expectation."
