fine, he tried to add a convience charge to my credit card and I did not agree so he did not charge it. Just another way of upselling.

I will consider this to be a good review since you were happy with our work and rated me a "A" overall so thank you for that! I was admittedly surprised this was posted nevertheless. After looking at my notes I see that it was also for a new system setup and multiple program install. I didn't charge a trip fee for the 50 mile round trip travel distance, I installed an older version of Office Professional at NO CHARGE to save you from having to purchase a newer version and waived 1/3 hour of labor for you! We always do extra to try and satisfy our clients with whatever issues there may be but find that this is sometimes not possible no matter how hard you try and what you do. His responsiveness to the call was great, he showed up at the appointed time, got right to work solving the computer issues and explained what he was going to do, how it would work, etc. He tested one of the computers, explained the problems, his recommendations, and absolutely fixed all of the problems we were having with the internet system and the wifi. We couldn't ask (or find) better service or response. His prices were more than reasonable for the trips out to return equipment that had been repaired, etc. Would definitely call him again!
Description of Work: The services included two home visits, completely setting up a new computer, setting up a wifi system that actually works (thank you!). Joe also tested external hard drives, copied and set up another hard drive.

He was very patient and very friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. He always called me back right away. I felt the price was fair. He was here for two hours.
Description of Work: He came out and took off a virus that was messing up my computer. He was showing me how to put pictures from the camera to the computer. My husband also bought some software and he helped us with that. He instructed me on how to do some things. He was very patient with me.
