+ -1 moreAs usual, it went great. I have been working with Jason since 2008 on many different projects and I can count on him to work with me on whatever project I have in progress. The house we were working on was immaculate by the time I got it listed on the MLS and I had a signed contract in less than a week. I can tell you that the house would not have been whipped into shape in the one week we worked on it without Jason and Joe's help.
Description of Work: Jason and a helper came down to Temple to help me with a make-ready on a home that I was trying to get put on the market. They did a little of everything, painting, carpentry, window cleaning, power washing exterior painted surfaces of house, clearing out and moving "junk", moving furniture... basically whatever I asked them to do.

+ 19 moreJason's skills are impeccable and he is very easy to work with. He and his crews are professional and friendly. Having worked with him on so may projects over the years, we have established a great working relationship. He has fabulous ideas on how to approach challenging issues, but is also very good at taking input on how I think something should be done and integrating our ideas. I am very picky on how I want things done and am so fortunate to have found Jason to work with over the years. I feel like his pricing is very fair for the quality and value of the work that he completes.
Description of Work: I have been using Jason Lee with Jay Co Construction since 2008 for all my construction, remodel, and handyman needs. We inherited a lake house that was in serious need of renovation and have used JayCo for 80% of all the work that has been done. We have worked on all types of projects, large and small with Jason. He has done major projects like completely residing & repainting the house and large concrete flatwork projects to small handyman plumbing repairs and everything in between. The list of projects I have had him work on in the past include: Concrete fiber board re-siding project Paint entire exterior of home Build new 50' deck in back Prep and stain large deck and boat dock Major concrete flat work (new patio and sidewalk) Replace interior drywall & texture and paint Install high end vinyl flooring Install porcelain tile flooring Design and install new cabinetry Replace kitchen sink, faucet, install reverse osmosis filter system Major repairs to retaining wall along lake front Repairs to boat dock decking Landscaping/terrain shaping Multitude of smaller 'handyman'-type projects (install new lights, install new ceiling fans, replace leaky faucets, etc).

concrete repair
+ -1 moreWhen I first spoke with Jeff, he was very professional. He explaned exactly what they were going to do and why. His crew was on time and very nice. They didn't mind me clicking away with my camera. lol. I really recommend them and I have plans on them coming back out to do a porch area and a slab for the storage building.
Description of Work: I am building a house. They set the forms, dug the beams, laid rebar, and poured concrete.
