Conroe Woodlands - Home Design House Plans

Terry worked with us to get all the details right for a home we have been wanting to build for a long time. My wife was worried that the house plans would be hard to understand. The computer drawings and computer walk through that Terry provided along with the blueprints made it easy for her to visualize the final design. She is happy with the final plan and that makes me happy with the final plan. Terry and Kenneth were very easy to work with.

I finally found a Custom Home Designer that would draw a set of house plans for the home I wanted. But first, I made the mistake of giving a deposit to two other local designers that wanted to TELL me what I wanted. It is frustrating to have a designer saying " the bathroom should go here, not where you want it " or telling you " nobody does that anymore ". Terry listened to all my ideas and put the rooms where I wanted and made everything fit on my lot. He matched up my custom kitchen with some photos I brought and showed my what the final design would look like through detailed computer renderings. The entire process took a couple of office visits and a few emails and about eight days total. The final price was exactly what was quoted and was less than the money I wasted on deposits to the other two who wouldn't listen to me. My new home is in the final stages of completion and has turned out better than even I expected.
