Description of Work: We paid the $59 promo for the "Comprehensive Sprinkler Tune Up." I guess when I think "Comprehensive Sprinkler Tune Up," I thought that entailed an evaluation, adjusting heads, and optimizing the system. It was not, and was very misleading. | |They originally reached out to me via email to set up appointment. I did not respond as quickly as I should have, however the company never attempted to reach out to me via phone to schedule the appointment which is disappointing since you prepay for the services. Sprinkler Technician came out and did a thorough evaluation of our system. He did find one of my cylinoids was leaking, and that's where they made there money back and charged me $165 to replace it. I authorized (my wife was at home) the replacement not knowing what it really was (thinking it was something buried/complicated), however upon my inspection it was a simple $15-$20 part he changed out. My wife did reach out to them again thinking there was still a leak since the back yard was still saturated. She did speak with the technician and he said he would have his manager contact her to discuss. Never heard from the manager. | |Overall the technician knew what he was doing, however I found this to be misleading promotion, and was way overcharged for a simple fix.

Description of Work: Completely repaired and reworked entire system which builder installed. Replaced all heads, added and extended zone coverage. Everything is now watered and healthy. Will use in future for maintenance.

Description of Work: They reviewed all my heads and replaced those that no longer worked. I do question the amount and cost of heads replaced but there is a 10 yr. warranty. Just need to remember to call them next spring! Had to come back for a leakage. Leakage not repaired but a head was replaced.

Description of Work: It went great! They performed everything in the special, and I purchased a new Controller. The Technician explained everything he performed and he went over the new controller. He also gave me advise on watering times for a green and healthier yard.

Description of Work: I bought the sprinkler tune-up big deal soon after purchasing my new house. The tune-up revealed that the control panel and rain sensor were malfunctioning, and they found several missing sprinkler heads and broken heads. They were able to replace the parts immediately and had the system up and running within a few hours. Very courteous and took time to explain how to use the system - very useful as I have not had a sprinkler system at prior houses.
