CAPS Sprinkler Systems

After I purchased system check from Angie's list the company CAPS Irrigation called me within a few hours on a Saturday to arrange appointment. Very pleasant to deal with and got appt for 8:00 Monday morning. They were right on time and very professional. Gentleman who came did a thorough job and marked every spot that needed attention. Then went through every place and told me what was wrong and suggested fix. I approved fixing including price to do it. After he fixed all spots he then again went through each area to show me it was completed. Will hire them on an annual basis to check system out every spring.

Cap came last year to inspect my sprinkler system. They gave me a quote of what needs to be done. They were professional, punctual and thorough in their inspection. I cannot rate the their work as I did not hire them. Due to a financial crisis I could not repair. When my crisis gets resolved, I intend to hire them.

Josh phoned ahead and arrived on time. He is very professional and personable. He was extremely thorough and our system is better than it ever was. We have an area of about an acre and a half that is irrigated, so it is a large job. He was quite knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed all the problems. He also gave advice on the frequency of watering in the different seasons and reprogrammed our system for fall. We used the $39 tune up coupon and then paid to have everything repaired that needed it. It was a blessing to get this all done properly, especially some problems areas that we could not figure out, like water hitting our porch railings from the bushes.

Too expensive for me - I showed the estimate to my lawn care guy who said he'd do the full job for about half the price

They were good. The other companies gave me an estimate and it was ridiculous. They came out and repaired it and changed the sprinkler heads. They gave an honest estimate as well as they didn't charge me the stupid trip charge. The estimate was for total work to be done, but it was also broken down to what needed to be done to fix my repair. Then what additional work that they saw needed to be done. They kind of gave me a time when I could get that done as well. I just have a sprinkler system, so that was all that they did. Anything that went wrong with my sprinkler system, they work properly. I just went through a list of 3 and I chose them. If it had to do with anything, it would probably be the reviews. I didn't know them.

Pedro did an excellent job on the repairs and demonstrated completion how each of previously defective items were now functioning properly. Come fall I will have Caps back out to relocate some sprinkler heads that have had a sidewalk placed in their path.

They were okay. They did a good job. We have used them twice. They did more stuff, so the price was more than the Big Deal. It took them a couple of hours. They explained about the new sprinklers and the guarantee.

Gary, was the technician - he was patient, explained everything that he saw, quoted me a very reasonable price to do the repairs, showed me the work he did - WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! - and then showed me emergency water shut off in the event of some catastrophic failure/leak/broken water line somewhere. I would recommend this company with no reservations.
