Great work that was performed same-day

Had an emergency repair needed as the pipe broke below the shut off valve for the sprinklers therefore we needed to shut down the water from the main line. I called late at night and they were able to squeezed me in for the next morning. They were quick, arrived on time, very clear on what was broken, what needed to be replaced and the cost. I would highly recommend them and will look to use them for my maintenance needs.

Adam replaced the top portion of the back flow valve & added some PVC pieces to help prevent this problem from reoccuring in the future. I was also able to video his demonstration of how to remove and replace the top portion of the back flow valve so that my husband would know how to do it. I really appreciated that. Adam is very professional and thorough.

Good work, and did an additional assessment of a french drain issue for no charge.

Tony was able to stop by the day we called and as is the case with everyone we have worked with in the past he did a great job. Not only did he fix our problem, but gave us some options for improvements that would prevent a similar failure in the future, options we definitely took. Tone then took us through how the new install worked and how to maintain it. MUCH easier than what we had been doing in the past, so a great fix ! Thank you Tony !

It went very well. They were professional and methodical.

The damaged line was repaired but the two heads still did not pop up . The night of repairs, I discovered a broken head in back yard shooting up water. They charged for services not performed and did not respond to my email indicating this. I just paid to put an end to them

1. Tune up. 2. Replaced 2 sprinkler heads, repositioned a 3rd. Think he said 3 years warranty, never heard in the business, usually 30 to 90 days.

Was a bit late not much, showed me all that was wrong, did upsell 475.00 dollars worth of stuff, originally paid $59.00 for the sprinkler system tune up and adjustment, not sure whether I needed all those repairs, but according to him needed it regardless.Very familier with these kinds of deals where they get to your property for lot less but then try to make money because they are there, lack of education on sprinkler system on my behalf paid an important role in this transaction. But satisfied with the end result. The tech was very polite and very professional.

I didn't pay any extra amount. They inspected it and did something. I think there was one thing I asked him to check and he didn't come back. I think they did good. The professionalism was good.
