Tune-up went well replaced some heads realigned others. I had them out 6 months later to install a new sprinkler control panel. Great job on that too.

A fallen tree crushed the sprinkler system backflow preventer, causing water to flow uncontrollably into my yard. I called CAPS, advised that I had to cut off water to the house in order to stop the uncontrolled water flow, and they were able to divert one of their associates from another job to replace the backflow preventer. Within ~3 hours of receiving my call, the backflow preventer was replaced, and I was able to restore water service to the house..

CAPs did not try to sell us something we didn't need. They explained what they were doing and offered a 10-year warranty on parts.

This was a returned call to CAPS, that I placed, after the 1st service provider that I had hired on Sunday evening, failed to show on Monday as promised! I retraced the call numbers on my phone, and called CAPS - which came to be a gallon saver for me!!! The very knowledgible woman who answered the phone, shared w/me.....how to turn my system off, at the anti-siphon valve in my front yard.....to stop the leak, till they could get to me the next day!!! Thank you, thank you!!! I had talked with 4 other sprinkler repair people on Sunday evening - and NOT 1 of them had offered me this simple solution to save the water!!! The 2 man CAPS crew arrived on Tuesday, even earlier than promised, and knew just what to do!!! Turning off the water the day before, actually made it easier to locate the exact spot of the leak in the line! They were efficient, knowledgible, and professional. What a pleasure to find! I will keep this company on speed dial!!! I even received a "senior discount" for their services!

Work was done well.. Domingo and co-worker were efficient and friendly team.

despite that my sprinkler system was hit or miss as to certain beds and plants, they found no problems or adjustments needed. They did, however, tell me that two of my zones were not working until I pointed out they were working the day before they came. They then fixed them in two minutes for no charge. Strange? They readjusted my sprinkler control box without asking!

They were meticulous to detail and really checked everything out. He explained everything in detail and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I also learned a couple of important facts from Pedro and I thank him for that. Love the service and recommend them highly!

CAPS fit me into their schedule the same week and was able to get a weekend appointment. They were very helpful on the phone and upfront with their pricing. I received a courtesy appointment confirmation the day before, which is always nice. The employee who did my service (Pedro) was very nice and courteous and resolved my issue quickly. The system was left in better shape than it's initial installation. I would definitely contact this company again for any irrigation needs.

Isaiah and Domingo were punctual, professional, and extremely efficient. They moved methodically through each zone and were able to identify all the things we needed to do to make sure of all our landscaping will get the appropriate and intended water coverage. They went over their findings and we were able to identify which items I should prioritize and then they got to work and immediately addressed those items for me. They worked quickly and accurately. They walked me through each of the corrections and all is well now. Prices were all fair and absolutely reasonable compared to previous lawn irrigation work I’ve had done over the years.
