Our HVAC stopped working cooling. We tend to perform our own primary maintenance such as filter changing and coil cleaning. Over the weekend the duct work around the evaporator was removed to clean the system, but the system did not need to be cleaned. The coils that should be cold when the HVAC is cooling were not getting cold.We called 3 HVAC service companies, 2 of which were listed on Angie's list and this company. The 2 companies on Angie's list were friendly, but I felt they were more interested in getting me committed to a schedule than discussing a solution.The Bussell Mechanical company was friendly, did not state a fixed inspection fee but quoted an hourly rate. This rate was a competitive rate to the other companies. We scheduled a time for their visit. They were on time, ahead of the scheduled time actually, but had kept in contact so we knew their schedule.They arrived on time, were very efficient, spent about an hour. Discussed everything they saw as it was being inspected. Also advised us that the Freon used in our system is being phased out and would no longer be available in the not too distant future.I thought their visit was professional, went straight to work, effected a repair, and the cost of the visit was fair. I would reuse and recommend this company.
