On my 3rd attempt of trying to find a reliable pest control person. Seems these guys are eager for your business and they seem to take pride in their work.

He was great! He made an exception and was able to come out at 6 on a friday night and he was at my house for 2 hours. It was amazing how he was able to fix the problem. He sealed off my attic and had a tree cut back from my chimney. He said that is how they were getting in. I really can't say enough good things about Bugzee Pest and Lawn.

They're really good. They come when they're supposed to and if there's a problem they come back and fix it without charging extra. They're reasonably priced and their demeanor is good. The guy is a really nice guy and his wife, who answers the phone, is really nice too.

I called for estimate on termite treatment. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and personable. Got other quotes, and although Bugzee was not the cheapest, they were close and I felt they were more knowledgeable. They treated house last week, were on time, clean, and seemed very thorough. I have scheduled them for pest treatment going forward. Will continue to use.

I gave them a call and scheduled the appointment. They showed up on time and they were good to work with. They took care of the problem in short time and haven't had a problem since. I will be using them on a yearly basis for termite control.

Bugzee Pest Control is very professional. The perimeter of the house was properly sprayed and the technician took care to ensure my pets were not exposed to any toxins. Will continue to use them.

I called Bugzee and described my problem. They came out the next day and I showed them where my problem areas were. They described what they could do and how much it would cost. I had them do the work right then. They started with the wasps, and I couldn't believe how many wasps they said came out of the eves of my home. They said there were hundreds, and that it was the largest they'd seen this year. Next, they treated a large area around the house for the fire & carpenter ants. They were polite, professional and efficient. They told me that if I saw any wasp activity that I could call & they would come back out. But I haven't seen a wasp since they were here! I've been dealing with this wasp & ant problem for years. I should've called Bugzee long ago!

They have done a great job and we have had them for ten years. They treated the dirt before the foundation was poured and they have been coming ever since. We never have any trouble with any pests and they only treat outside the house, they don’t do anything inside and it works great. The staff is very friendly and very professional. They come when they say they are going to come. I have no complaints whatsoever and I am okay with the pricing as well.

I discovered what turned out to be termite tunnels around a window sill on a Friday morning. I found Bugzee on Angie's List and as soon as I described the problem they knew immediately what my problem was. Luck had it that Steve was in my area and came by that afternoon to take a look. He confirmed the termite infestation and we set up the treatment for the following Monday. He would have worked me in on Saturday because the termites were close to swarming but it happened to be a very rainy weekend. So, on Monday, Steve came by and treated my property for the termites and also my yard for ants. I have had no issues with bugs since. :)Steve is responsive to issues and concerns, knowledgeable and very fair. I highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.

He was very helpful and gave me tips on what I need to do for a Bee issue.

He did fine, and we haven’t had any problems. The company is small, and the service is very personal. We think his wife and he are the only people in the company, and we originally got the name of the company from Angie’s List. He is just a very nice person to deal with, and he is very knowledgeable. He used products that are not harmful for the environment. We specifically asked for that and that is what he had.

He was quick and the ants are gone now.

I would recommend him to others. In terms of price, he was the cheapest one in town. In terms of punctuality, he was early.

I haven?t acted on it yet because I haven?t decided what to do with this issue. He was a nice guy, he was efficient, he gave me all of the information that I needed, and he gave me a good quote. He wasn?t pushy and he wasn?t an alarmist; he re-inspected the property and drew out a plan of the treatment. He was calm and relaxed, and he is letting me make my decision. His courtesy also stood out to me. I am considering this company.

While I was out of town, my wife heard an animal in the attic of our home. Bugzee Pest Control was recommended to us, and she contacted Steve Stokes. He and another technician (John) came out to the house that day, and began working on sealing up all potential entry points that a rodent or squirrel could use. They then set traps in case anything was still in the house. Both Steve and John were very professional and personable; they did a great job and come highly recommended.
