Description of Work: Mr Blankinship came to my home over 3 months ago and I showed him my spa. My spa needed several jets replaced and he took pictured of the jets, and said he would order them. He did not get back to me and so 3 weeks later I called him. He said his truck had stopped working and he had been busy. He came back to rephotograph the jets and said we could get it done that week. Three weeks later I called him because he again had never gotten back to me and he said my spa jets were obsolete and he could't do anything to help me. I have now waited almost three months and I have nothing. If he were a professional he should have told me after the first visit he could not fix the spa.

+ -1 moreHe sold us on price and the fact that he did the work himself. It was good at first but then we noticed that he never brushed the walls he relied on the "machine" to do the work. He would call to let us know if he wasnt able to come out and at first we didnt mind but then it started to become a habit....this past month our pool turned green and with weekly pool service your pool should NEVER be green. I called him and he came out and fixed it but then a few days later it turned green again. He told me another client had the same problem so i am convinced its his inexperience that may have caused it. I believe the last time he came out was the week after July 4 and since then he took my money and hasn't came out or returned my calls. BEWARE! I will never pay upfront ever again.
Description of Work: I hired him 3 months ago to clean my pool.

Description of Work: He did nothing. I am having problems with my acuators and flow as well as my heater.

+ -1 moreThey are doing good. So far so good. Price right and doing a better job then the last company I had. The amount of time they spend on cleaning the pool stand out the most. They spend more time cleaning then the previous company I had. They are more detail oriented. They call you and let you know what is going on with your pool. The are doing an excellent job.

Description of Work: The deal I purchased from Angie's List said that they would perform general maintenance and clean the pool filter cartridges. One he finally made it out to do the work he said that Angie's List was advertising wrong information and that cleaning the cartridges was not part of the deal. He agreed to do it anyway since we had the email with the details of the deal we purchased. So he came out the following day and cleaned them. Once he was finished the filter unit leaked. So we eneded up having to fix it ourselves. Not a big deal. But in the big picture - I would not use them again.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual and if they can't come because of weather they always call to let you know that there gonna reschedule your service. They're very thorough, they really take time to clean your pool. They usually spend a minimum of twenty-five to thirty minutes from the pool every week when they come.

+ -1 moreJeff provides a through preventative maintenance of your pool which includes brushing, vacuuming the pool, empty skimmers, dumping the pump baskets and balancing your pool chemicals. Jeff is very customer oriented , courteous and prompt. He is very thorough spending at least 30 minutes with each visit.
