This contractor should be banned from all work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR! We were repeatedly lied to, the project was NEVER finished. The contractor abandoned the job. The job was over a year late. The contractor damaged our house and our property, killed trees, created hazardous condition on the lake and on our property. We have detailed pictures and account of the exceptionally poor work this guy does. Claims to have no money but goes on expensive cruises and fails to show up for weeks at a time.

Dustin came out in advance to discuss fence location /pricing. I told him I needed a new fence along fence line but it needed to be in compliance with HOA. After fence and gate were installed, I had three problems which he would not return my phone calls to resolve. The gate would not close properly - it is metal framed gate and each side did not match up causing the latch very difficult to secure The gate would not open up all the way to allow for vehicle and trailer to go through... - due to the rot board on the adjoining fence. Entire fence was 6" too high causing me to be in default of my deed restrictions. - he was aware of deed required height. Because he hasn't returned my calls to remedy the situation.... the entire fence had to be sawed off to meet deed restrictions ( due to the nails he used, the boards cannot be removed without destroying the fence boards). The gate has since fallen off and is once again in violation of deed restrictions. I have to find a welder to fix the gate..... Overall, this fence installation has been a total disaster in every way. He is a nice guy but he probably should either remedy problems with his customers OR NOT be in the fence business.

Everything went very smoothly. The fence was beautiful. The people that came were very friendly and very good.

Repaired where they could and replaced where necessary. Did and excellent job.

We first contacted this company several years ago. Dustin came out and gave us a written estimate. We were unable to have the work done when we planned. About a year later, we tried again. Dustin was a courteous as he was the first time he came out. Once again, we were unable to have the work done - our problem, not his. Finally, about two months ago, everything came together and he came out again, re-evaluated the job, and completed it in a timely manner. Since then, there have been questions from us, a need for a little technical advice, and the purchase of an additional piece of equipment. For all of this, Dustin/ABC Construction is friendly, helpful, and good-humored. As we all have experienced, once the sale is done, most businesses are finished with you, the customer, but not ABC Construction. They want you, the customer, to be happy, and will do whatever it takes to satisfy you.

They did a great job. They were quick, prompt and their pricing was fair. They were responsive, punctual and professional. They cleaned up the mess. There were no signs of repair being done.
