 + -1 moreHave reduced channels to expanded basic of 62 local and still charged $100/mo. Buried cable exposed. Strung cable to neighbor from box thru concrete culvert.
Description of Work: Duplicate channels. Broadcaster sending out HD signal: provider charges added fee for signal. Buried cable 2" deep.

 + -1 moreDo not bundle unless, you like a.expensive bill all at once and most cases they don't work for everyone. And your not getting a great price. I switched to Direct TV they are responsive on time and I was not pressured into anything and my bill stays the .same.
Description of Work: I requested to have the dvr program with HD and a few extra shows HBO Showtime little did they explain to me that they cost more separate than to buy a pkg then I was pressured into doing a bundle , the service was not worth the price.

Description of Work: I have internet and home phone through suddenlink. I've had their cable in the past and I had no complaints. Resonably priced services and seem to work pretty well. Haven't had much interaction with the employees. Guess that's a good thing.

Description of Work: Service is very below par! I have had service 2 weeks... first tech hooked up internet on 5/5 - had to wait on 5/7 to hook up cable because my TVs were on moving truck; was told I couldn't have 3 DVRs because of the old and outdated cable on the apartment building; had a tech back out on 5/9 to check into the old cable, tech said he would have his supervisor out on 5/12, tech leaves and I am without internet service from 10am until a second tech arrives at 6:30pm; tech checks signal in apartment (nothing) and then goes to check it at the box, tech from am did not connect the cable back in box before he left; tech informed me that the cable had plenty strength to run three DVRs and he wasn't sure why the original suggested otherwise; had a phone call on 5/12 from a supervisor that said he was tied up all day and didn't make it out but could get me scheduled for 5/13 or 5/14 for cable connection, he would call me back 5/13 am; it is now 5/19 and I have yet to hear from them! I am so over the unprofessional, unorganized, poor service provided by Suddenlink in Monahans!
