Description of Work: Painted about 1/2 of interior. We provided the material and per several of the Sherwin Williams people Southern Painting didnt get the coverage expected from the premium material. Very professional clean up great otherwise. Yes on the future use is subject to being in the future and what kind of quotes I get then. Doing a time and material (specifying the material) could make this a better option.

Description of Work: Bill's team painted, did minor sheetrock repairs, refinished front doors, power washed, and many other make-ready duties in preparation for house listing. These guys were fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: They painted the inside and outside of the house. They did a super job, very professional, and were very accommodating, and spent a lot of effort to make sure the job was done just right. They were great !!!

Description of Work: Pros - Needed a paint contractor for quick move-in and Southern Painting was able to get us on their schedule within a few days Cons - limited English of subcontractor made communication difficult. Owner/general contractor promised to meet the morning of the job start and did not follow through. After sale, never saw him again until payment was due. Charged additional fee for walls that required 2 coats of paint (some companies do this as part of their regular service). I am a stickler for straight line edges, and the painters took multiple attempts to get it right. Described me as a"picky client," but I could have painted uneven lines myself. That is why I hired a professional. Not the worst company I have experienced, but I will look elsewhere in the future when in need of a painter.

Description of Work: Painted exterior of door and downstairs interior trimwork. On one occasion, painted chairrails (1), baseboards (for 18 walls), doorframes (7), windowseats (2), mantle (1), and windowsills (4) for four main rooms, two bathrooms, and a hallway.
