+ -1 moreAfter having an initial inspection of a home I was considering for purchase, I was advised to let John do an inspection by a friend. Am I glad I did! It would have been a nightmare other wise. Not only did John find things that were overlooked by the other inspector. He provided an estimate on the cost to repair the A/C system, that was about to bite the dust. He also uncovered some electrical repairs that were needed and could have possibly led to disaster. Pipes in the attic for the plumbing that were just about to burst. If I had bought this house with all the repairs that were needed, I would have been upside down from the start.
Description of Work: Real estate inspection of house, top to bottom extremely thorough professional inspection - extremely attentive to accuracy and detail. Air-conditioning, electrical, structural and plumbing.
