+ -1 moreThis house is a new two-story home built by J Patrick homes and we are very pleased with the workmanship. The house was built on time in a very efficient manner, and we have had only a few minor complaints. The company is very good to get things done, sometimes within minutes of getting our call. Patrick homes are very good homebuilders and we are very pleased with there follow up.
Description of Work: We looked at many plans for homes from J Patrick homes and chose a two story four bedroom home. It took about four months to build, we had a few concerns, and they came out to fix things very promptly.
