We have completed several jobs for Ms. [Member Name Removed]. Feb. 10, 2010 we removed sheet rock from walls and a plywood floor in her garage, converting the garage from a room back into a garage for her car. February 26, 2010, removed old fencing and built a 48 foot new fence with rot board and hung speakers on patio. November 2012 we removed and hauled off old carpeting in the formal living room, installed 450 square foot ceramic floor in that room, removed carpet from stairs and hauled off, installed wood on 15 steps and polyurethane the stairs, installed tile at the front entrance. Because Ms. [Member Name Removed] was a repeat customer, and had a certain date she was to leave the country for work, and wanted the work done before she left, we accepted the job. Due to errors made by a staff member the ceramic flooring and wood stairs were done free of charge. We have done no other work with Ms. [Member Name Removed] since November 2012. This review was written 4 years later with an incorrect "completed date" of 9/05/14, and she failed to point out she was compensated for the error by us not charging her. We stand by our work and if a customer is not happy we do our best to satisfy them.
