We've used Eand L for many years for AC and Furnace service. They have always been great with professional and prompt service. I called them for this year's furnace service and they were able to schedule a visit same day. As opposed to other companies, they won't try to sell you anything you don't need. Highly recommended.

I chose to go with them for a couple of reasons. I had them out here before. When I called them on a Sunday, they did not charge me any extra for coming out, looking at it, and telling me what was wrong. They did not pressure me for anything. They just told me what was wrong and what it might cost me. They even went up the attic to check on my unit up stairs to see the brand to make sure that we knew what kind of air conditioning was down stairs. They just explained everything to me really well. I was quite pleased with their business ethics. When they installed the new air conditioning unit, they did it in a couple hours time. I did not lose the air conditioning in the house; it stayed cool in here while they were working. They just did the switch over clean and easy. It was like nothing had happened. I also had a problem with finances, and I told them about that. Steve, the owner or manager, filled out all the paper work, checked it out on the computer, got me approved, came out here with all the paper work in hand, and showed me what process I had to go through, so I did not have to go looking for a loan somewhere. They even took care of that for me.
