+ -1 moreThe day after the work was done, I pulled the door shut and the new doorknob came off. Completely off. I was surprised and disappointed that the work was so shoddy. He says he is coming back today to fix it but for the price we paid I expected the work to be done right the first time. In addition the gentleman who performed the work was a subcontractor, so wasn't an employee of Delta. However, we had called Delta and contracted with them to perform the service.
Description of Work: He changed out several locks and installed one new doorknob/ lock.
