He is only one of a few companies that will come out and do a free estimate and best of all has no added delivery charge if you use him. This is the second time we used his services. He does excellent work.

His workmanship is flawless. He's also a very, very nice man. I had to wait many weeks for the finished pieces, but that's simply an indicator of his workload generated by the quality of his service. He is well worth both the wait and the investment. He's going to build two custom footstools next to match the antique chairs ... I recommend him highly and without reservation.

They did really great work, and got all the piping and trim work on the chairs perfect. I was quite impressed with their craftsmenship.

Mr. Harris is an expert upholsterer and we thought his prices were very fair. Our living room now looks like the set from an HGTV episode, thanks to Mr. Harris' work.

Wonderful!!!!! They came out at the scheduled time, flipped the sofa over, removed the black fabric liner on the bottom of the sofa, repaired the dislodged spring & replaced the bottom fabric liner. They were in & out in about 20 minutes & did a wonderful job - right there in my home. A very professional job at a very reasonable price. I would refer him to everyone!!!!

Contacted Denrick based on reviews from this list and we were so glad we did. Called him for an estimate and he came to our house within a couple of days. He took measurements, discussed fabric options (brought samples), discussed foam options (brought samples) and provided a detailed quote. He was OK with our own purchase of fabric and he gave an estimate on the yardage needed. Called him back once the fabric was purchased and he made another visit where the design was discussed once more and he gave us some recommendations. Told us that it would take him a couple of weeks to produce and he delivered on time. Price was exactly what he quoted and the workmanship was outstanding. The final product was better than expected and it now makes a nice addition to the breakfast area. Will not hesitate to call him back for more upholstery work and neither should you!

I cannot even begin to say how pleased I am with Denrick's work. We had him recover an upholstered rocker for us and the quality is impeccable (from the cusions down to the rolled seams/piping). Not only that, but the price couldn't be beat. He came out to pick up the chair and then delivered it once finished for no extra cost. Very highly recommended!

We called his shop at about 7 PM on a Friday and had the call forwarded to his residence. Had a little difficulty in explaining what we wanted but asked if he could come and give an estimate of cost on Saturday but was told that he didn't work on Saturday. I then asked him to call on Monday to tell us when he could come, which he said he would do but did not. After about two weeks had passed without hearing from him. I called him again and was told he had beeb very busy but that he had a delivery to make on Saturday and would come, which was the next day. He did call and did come, told us that we would not get the chairs back before New Years and had them finished bu about Jam. 10th. We had no difficulty with him other than the original failure to call back, liked him personally , and got an excellent product. Just be patient in the initial contact.

The 25 year old leather office chair was in badly need of repair. This was admittedly a small job that most upholsters would not bother with. I sent a photograph to Denrick. He was willing to do the repair and quoted me a very fair price. He came to my office, picked up the chair and completed the work in 4 days. He then returned the chair.Denrick was very professional, punctual and courteous throughout the entire process.

Denrick was almost always available the day I called him or within a few days after to provide me an estiamte or to pick up the furniture. He always completed the work ahead of schedule and was always on time and very, very responsive.

He came out to my house looked at what I wanted done, gave us a quote, took the iteams to his shop and returned them - all repaired! The price he quoted was the price we paid.

Very professional, prompt response. I intend to use his services in the future.

I found Mr. Harris on Angie's List (of course!) and contacted him about an antique sofa that needed to be reupholstered within a short time frame. I was delighted to learn that he could pick it up, reupholster it and return it to my home within 3 weeks. What a blessing! His work is the best! When he and his assistant arrived to pick up the sofa, I asked him if he might be able to take the cushion from a wing back chair that had lost volume throughout the years and make it firmer. He was happy to to help me and did an outstanding job on both the cushion and the sofa! I will use Mr Harris for all future reupholstering needs! He is gifted, kind, patient and his prices are incredibly fair!

Did an excellent job and could not have been nicer or more responsive. It was a very small job, but he treated me like an important customer. I will definitely refer my family, friends, associates and clients to him.

Denrick was punctual and professional. The quality of the work was good. He matched the color very well. Professional.

He was reasonably priced, good and punctual. He came over when he said he would, he picked up my sofa and brought it back when he said he would. I would hire him to do any other repair work.

After arranging a time by phone, we brought four formal dining room chairs to Mr. Denrick Harris' home (which was closer for us rather than taking them to his upholstery shop). We did not want to buy new fabric for our chairs but needed new padding for each. Mr. Harris agreed to use the same fabric and just give us new, thicker padding. Mr. Harris gave us a very reasonable, written estimate for the work to be done. He said he would probably have the chairs finished in a week, but he knew we were not in a big hurry to get them back. He phoned us about 11 days later, said the chairs were finished, and offered to deliver them (FREE) to our home (on June 15th) a couple of days later. We were very happy with our "new" chairs and would definitely ask Mr. Harris to work for us again.

My experience with D & B Upholstery went very well. I spoke with Dendrick via phone and scheduled appointment. We settled on a date and time and he arrived promptly as promised. I had outdoor patio furniture cushions that needed to be reupholstered. Dendrick arrived with a fabric book, however, I had already decided on fabric from an online source. He measured cushions and told me how much fabric I would need to order to finish 11 cushions plus 3 pillows. The best part, he picks up project and then delivers. Today, Dendrick delivered the cushions. He had many projects, but his goal was to have the cushions completed within a 2-3 week time frame from initial pick up. He met the goal, and delivered cushions exactly in 2 weeks. They look great and I have a little fabric to spare. I would definitely use D&B for future services including interior reupholster projects.

Denrick showed up on time for the estimate, took the chair and ottoman with him. I ordered fabric from a book he had - next time I will definitely find fabric from a store....but he did a great job, It took about a month but I will definitely use him again.

I wanted an upholstered headboard. With Denrick's help, I got exactly what I wanted. No, that's not true....I got more. I'm not kidding, it's beautiful and perfect. It starts on the floor (he shaped the wood to allow for the baseboard) and is 10 ft. wide by 6 ft. high. He also completed getting my tapestry ready for hanging. Then, because he works to give customers what we want, he installed the headboard on a Saturday (6 p.m.!!!!) so it was up for my Easter dinner guests to admire. (How could they do anything less.) I can't tell you how please I am. I almost wish I had something else for him to do...he's such a joy to work with.

They are excellent. They are timely. The cost was what he had discussed. The work was excellent. I was very pleased.

Denrick is a pro! The cushions were recovered perfectly and the chair seat no longer sags. Got exactly what I needed at a great price and a timely manner. Today he took 6 dining room chairs to be recovered, plus he's rewebbing the loveseat (couch is next to be rewebbed, but can't lose all my seating at once). I noticed that a couple of people had trouble with the way Denrick answers the phone at times. My advice: persevere!!! His work it what counts and it is outstanding. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I don't know how other people even got to the service. I wonder how they got through the initial call?!? When it comes to a company providing a service for which there's a lot of competition, first impressions really do count. And this guy's phone etiquette was a joke. I would highly recommend people look around before calling these folks...

A chair of mine had the upholstery torn during a move. Denrick came and picked up the chair and repaired it and then brought it back to my house within a week. He was professional, timely, friendly and did a great job.
