I called Steve on July 5th, 2013, he came the next day to give me an estimate, he was punctual, the price was very reasonable, we agreed on July 11 to start. Came that day, Steve was right on time, he brought his helper, replaced drywall in main ceiling, taped and applied joint compound, incidentally while he was up there, saw the drainage pipe was bent slightly, he suggested that the bent portion of the pipe be replaced, he then went to home depot and got the pipe fittings and clamps, then he cut out the bent portion, and found clumps of algae in the pipe, they cleared out the algae, (As they suggested, I later bought a pack of algae tablets to prevent future algae build up), by that time, 5 hours has elapsed, time to call it a day, they left and came back the next morning right on time at 9 am, worked on the remaining ceiling which was in the closet, then they textured the new drywall and then painted the whole ceiling, and even got the matching paint to paint the wall which was in a different color. They did a perfect job. I am thankful to have Steve on my contact list for any kind of carpentry work in the future.

Replaced fascia, caulk and painted new wood, cleaned up real good too. Called him on Friday, he came out and gave a estimate to me in email later, scheduled work the following Wednesday, as promised, he called 30 minutes before appointed time and was at my house right on time. After calling many places on Angieslist and got the run around, he is a breath of fresh air.
