David unclogged the drains and got things flowing quickly. He explained how the plumbing systems works, what to look out for to help my system's water flow stay clear. Being a single woman I am very leery of letting people into my home and there are a some things that every service provider has to do to get repeat business and referrals from me. I must feel safe. Answer ALL of my questions with the heart of a teacher. The problem must get fixed properly the first time. The work must get done for a good price. Leave the place neat and clean. David did ALL of the above and is now my official plumber!!!

My family and I were about to leave for a Disney vacation and discovered that the water in our shower was not draining properly and when we flushed the toilets, sewerage came up the shower drain. (not a pretty sight!) A friend of ours referred us to David with Britton WaterWorks, he was professional from the very beginning, understood the urgency (due to the fact we were scheduled to leave on vacation the follow day) and attended to us promptly. Upon arrival, he was dressed in a clean uniform, used shoe covers as he assessed our drains and quickly started cleaning the drain/using a camera to inspect our pipes. David was also able to find the problem using a line locator; turned out to be large tree roots. We are currently in the process of having our utilities marked and he will return to repair the sewer line. He also offered a complimentary drain cleaning in the event the sewer stops up before he begins the repairs. I would highly recommend Britton WaterWorks for all your plumbing needs!!!!

David was wonderful to work with. I was unable to use any running water because of a broken pipe. Everything was backed up. He came out right away and used a camera to locate the problem. After the area was marked for existing utilities, he came out and repaired the broken pipe. I'm really glad he did the work. He quoted a price that included more work than was necessary. At the end of the job, he reduced the amount of his quote. I really appreciated his honesty. He's very thorough and fast. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
