We had a granite guy install granite in our home but he did not finish the job well meaning that granite backsplash was not aligned properly, joints were not finished well and the finishing grout was sloppy, lumpy & not attractive. JT was Great! He was a great help in recommending the perfect color granite countertops to match our floors! He has a great eye for design! Really appreciated his input. Granite was half the price of the Quartz we was thinking about getting from another company...that was a No show! I’m glad they did not show up! I will post pictures later...when everything is finished. Will do our backsplash next.

This was the second time we have used AIS to replace a bathroom countertop and sinks. The first job went so well that we hired him a second time to do the same thing in another bathroom. We used the same granite provider, which JT recommended from last time. JT scheduled the job and called ahead of time to remind me. The plumber came out the first day and removed the faucets. The second day the installation crew came and measured, cut the granite onsite, installed it, and sealed it. The plumber came again on day 3 and installed the faucets. Everything went very smoothly and I could not be happier. I would definitely hire AIS again and will recommend him to my friends.

JT is an absolute GODSEND. We flooded during Harvey and unfortunately we hired a crook contractor in the beginning who stole tens of thousands of dollars from us. We had used JT in the past, so I decided to give him a call to see if he could help. JT was extremely responsive to our needs and was johnny on the spot! He gave great pricing compared to others who were trying to take advantage of the aftermath of Harvey. REALLY RARE QUALITY! Always communicated every aspect of the project, and we knew what to expect everyday. Unlike other contractors, JT called me before I could even call him. I've never seen a contractor manage a job as well as he did. JT even went out of his way to help us with style, recommendations on color schemes, and actually took us to the granite yard several times until we were comfortable on what we had selected. One amazing thing about JT's company is that his employees are direct employees and not sub-contractors. We always knew who was in our home. Pilo and Adolfo were amazing tile guys, Rene is by far the best granite fabricator (everything was exact), and the plumber an expert in his craft pointing out and fixing the garbage work preformed by the initial contractor. We have recommended JT to our parents and friends, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. If you are thinking about remodeling, you would be stupid not to call JT!

JT was fantastic, as with all previous work they have performed for us. Sourced the materials at his yard, cut them and supplied square sinks. His Plummer was excellent and finished off the job the following day as scheduled. Brilliant company and highly recommend for all manner of services.

Received a callback on the same day regarding our issue with marble countertop maintenance. Service was not rendered but we were provided with resources/other providers' info. Really appreciate company's honesty, responsiveness, and professionalism.

He took the time to discuss with my wife and I what would match well, our price range, and the overall layout of this large outdoor kitchen countertop. Due to our work schedule, we were unable to pick out a slab with JT but he used FaceTime to allow us to see the granite . His prices and timeline were very reasonable. I will use AIS for all my future granite/marble needs, as I feel that he has our best interests in mind rather than a paycheck. The day of install, JT called me to inform me of the team's arrival. JT and his team were fantastic! They were extremely hands on through the whole process and JT was willing to provide as much or as little guidance to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. JT was willing to meet me several times to look at different materials and made great suggestions but also respected when I made a decision. He got his crew to start in a timely manner, they were very flexible with my schedule, they kept a clean work space, and completely the job in a couple days. The finished product was outstanding. JT also coordinated to come back out, after I had some painting done, to adjust my dishwasher that did not fit flush. End to end I had a great experience and would highly recommend. Pricing wise, JT was extremely competitive. I plan to use him again on future jobs.

They had done our neighbor's kitchen and it was exactly what we wanted so we knew they did quality work. They were very helpful in the design phase, held our hand, came with us to the slab yards to get exactly what we wanted vs. settling for what a big box store might have in stock. Once we picked out the slab, they were able to coordinate back splash tile and floor tile to really make the overall design great. Also installed new faucet, sink, garbage disposal and range hood to go with the new look. They started and finished as planned.

JT and his team were great! I am so please with their professionalism and ability to work within a tight timeline for our family! JT made recommendations and referrals so that the job could be completed on time and was always punctual! I would highly recommend AIS and will definitely use them again when it comes time to remodel our bathrooms!

JT and his wonderful crew showed up at our house in order of the need to rebuild our now beautiful kitchen. Done by experts at their trade from beginning to end. We hired JT to install granite counter tops during a bathroom remodel. The process and work was so good that we contacted him again to replace kitchen granite and back splash. Then we also hired him to install 1900 sq of flooring. JT and his crew do an excellent job and are easy to work with. They cleaned up each day after themselves and took great care with our belongings. We do not hesitate to recommend him to others or to use him again.

JT, the company owner, is a pleasure to work with and really knows granite, the surface we wanted for our countertops. I got two other bids for our project and found JT's price to be quite competitive, and rather than offer only stock granite samples from which to choose or send me solo to random suppliers, he accompanied me throughout the selection process and advised me wisely without being heavy handed. He did provide travertine samples for the backsplash, and I was happy with that, the pivotal factor--granite--having been decided upon. As to the installation of sink/hardware and appliances, we worked out an agreement as to who would install what and when. JT supplied the sink (which I chose from a selection at the granite yard's showroom), and I supplied the hardware as well as all the appliances. For any installation that wasn't included in his estimate, he provided a referral and coordinated with me to ensure smooth work flow. I found JT to be respectful, highly creative, with an eye for style and quality, experienced, and fun to being around. And he has a really good crew--demo guys, granite craftsman, and tile setter. JT is also patient . . . and willing to go the extra mile to have satisfied customers: when my husband, and I too, thought we didn't like the herringbone feature in our kitchen built-in desk backsplash (the travertine and grout were still wet), JT was willing to redo the backsplash to eliminate the herringbone, although he suggested we allow a few days to be sure. So we left town for the weekend and when we came back, the backsplash looked just fine. And, lest I forget, JT gave me a wonderful referral for cabinet painters. That was the last phase of the kitchen and wine bar facelift. This makeover project was a good bit of work and inconvenience, but we are delighted with our fresh kitchen, and the wine bar, and are certainly glad we called JT of AIS.
